Presently, I am finding success with a three pronged approach using Medication(s)(through a very open minded psychiatrist), Spirituality (through Christianity, specifically prayer, Bible reading, and fellowship with like minded Christians), and finally enhancement/management of my physical health (through exercise, nutrition, herbal/nutriotional supplements). I am, for the first time in about 10 years, feeling content and emotionally stable. I have joined this site, in hope to share my thoughts, feelings and experiences with others, but equally, receive feedback and learn from members of this community concerning their own experiences.
