  • mm, i can't really pick which side i like the most, but all of the songs are great in both. i like the feeling of the whole album, and the art too. everything went together so perfectly, it's nostalgic too. i've done art based on smashing pumpkins albums and songs. i saw them in concert, it would've been neat to see the original members all together though. doesn't seem like the same 'sp', ya know? billy can still scream though, so that's good lol
Yea it was really nice. We took a tour round the house and ate in the café :p hehe I think it would be weird living somewhere like that, I like living in small places, I think I could live in a caravan. I like shopping online cos it's less hassle but I like to see stuff in person before I buy it :) you? Xx
mellon collie is my favorite album of course! yeah, billy's voice is quite distinct. it's neat that he can sound so nasally but it still be cool. mm..i don't believe i liked zeitgeist a whole lot. oceania was better. maybe i'm stuck in the 90's. lol. axel rose has a distinct voice, totally.
hey, thanks for the note. some of my favorite songs? i guess.. set the ray to jerry, hello kitty kat,, 1979,,,well tons of their songs, i love every one of their albums! :) billy is a really good songwriter and guitarist. i love all of their demos too. how bout you?
Hehe well I just ate lots and spent lots of money :) York was a lovely place, lots of great little individual shops, I could have spent my whole life shopping there hehe. I went to Howard Castle one day which was really nice. Other than the journey there and back we didn't really go much travelling, everything was on our doorstep :) Xx
Lol yeah how about... 'The Naked Pizza' ha. I would love to make my daughter a dress or something that would be ace, maybe one day...
The best thing about being a mum, ooh that's a toughy, there's so many things really; The over whelming amount of love you feel for your child is just something so incredible, all the kisses and cuddles I get, watching her grow so fast and seeing her personality develop is just amazing, finding out how smart kids really are and how quickly they learn.. it surprises me all the time how i'll teach her something one day and she'll walk off like she's not listening, a day will pass and she'll do or say the thing I taught her. I love being a mum, its the best. Do you have any kids?
I have Brave reserved on LoveFilm. I was out last night and a lot of people said I looked like the girl from Brave. Yea there's been a few shops closed down around here, last week I was in York and the shops there were great. Yea American comedies are good, I've been watching 30 Rock lately, and Big Bang Theory Xx
No cheese on a pizza, ahh thats not pizza lol, bet it still tastes nice though. Yeah I wonder who thought to put yeast in food too cos the fresh type smells horrible ha. I'm also a newbie to sewing but I really want to try and make a patch work quilt at some point for my daughter. My mum keeps coming round to show me things on my machine, so far I've just made a funky table cloth and sewn some patchwork material together for a scrapbook and just done practice stitching etc. Anyway I hope you have a lovely weekend!
Hey, how ya doin? Yeah I can get tips from my mum and sis and I get them to test out my baking and let me know what I should change. Well I would really like to learn to cook everything from scratch if I could manage my time better. I've never made a pizza from scratch but it looks like something I would enjoy definitely, lurrvee pizza. Any tips on how to make a good dough? One of my sisters just uses flour and water which just doesn't sound right to me haha. The creative stuff I like doing is things like scrapbooking, sewing, decorating, making things look fab etc. I agree it is mentally stimulating, its good to keep learning new skills and it feels so great when it turns out well! :)
Yea I feel a lot better when the weather is nice too. I haven't seen Brave, is it any good? Xx
Hi there, well I am a newbie to baking really. My mum and sister bake and I love eating it haha so I thought I'd try it out. I've started off small with some mocha butterfly buns which were lovely, I made them a few times to perfect them but I just bought a muffin baking tray and a heart shaped cake tin to have a go at something bigger. Just need to find a good recipe for either of them but it's been suggested a couple of times that I try to make coffee and walnut cake which I love, so I think that will have to be put on the list too! Do you bake or are you just a fan of eating it? haha
Maybe you should try living out in the country :) yea it'll be the first time without my parents, i'll probably still live near them though cos we're close. It does worry me but i'm looking forward to decorating my own place. Does it worry you? Xx
I'm always lived in the country and I can't think of live any other way either, I think i'll always live in the country. I think if I lived in a better area I wouldn't have so many issues though, or even just a different area with new people. I don't like the people here. I like the East Coast cos the people are nicer :) Xx
Hehe that sounds ideal :) I've ridden horses a few times, it's okay but i don't really get why people would want to do it all the time. I've lived here all my life but hopefully i'll move in the next 3 - 5 years. Where i live has gone downhill over the past few years, i don't really get on with the poeple here. Do you want to move? I want to live in the East Coast Xx
I wouldn't really call it a town, but it probably officially is. Where I live is surrounded by fields and farms for miles, would be weird to see them in a rural area. I don't know what crops there are but there's loads of cows and sheep and horses. Yea, i don't like where i live, i think cos i grew up here, when i move away i don't think it'll be so bad. I just don't like that people here Xx
    Hello, hope you're well.

I don't write every day - at the moment I'm writing only once or twice a week. Too much of my time is take up by other things, like exercise, to put much time aside to write.

I am interested in history - not specifically British history, but all social history is interesting. Though, the eras of British history I'm most drawn to are the Victorian era and the Second World War.

Are you interested in any particular eras of British history, or is it a more general interest?
Ah I see. That's nice that you got to live with them for a while. My village has about 8000 people. There's quite a few shops and lots of fields and farms around about. I don't really like it here though. Hehe yea it's pretty interesting I suppose, a lot of work and pressure though. Hmm well I didn't know that when you breath in it's not actually you that controls the air going in, it's because the air pressure falls in your lungs and the air is forced in, I found that surprising Xx
Sounds like you had a good summer last year :) I hate working full time through the summer, you miss all the nice days and all the interesting things going on. Hopefully i'll be able to make the most of my sundays during the summer. I spend a lot of time indoors, mostly at work, but I do really like going on days out when I have the energy. Yea,, recently I've been learning about drugs and diseases of the respiratory system and i'm going on to learn about the endocrine system. It'll be nice when the course is over :) Xx
Yea i'm the same, i'm missing the sun. Hmm nah I don't especially like buildings, they don't particularly interest me. I don't mind them. I think I know them, my gran used to read me lots of poems but I haven't read any for a while Xx
