glad you are feeling better, you're more than welcome. I tend to bottle up a lot of things myself and it can get pretty chaotic. I have a few emotional outlets and feel they help with moderating my mood. things like writing or composing music, running or nature walking. perhaps all four at the same time, seeing as us INTJs are usually very competent multi-taskers.
I have faith that you can remain calm and really enjoy your up days. I have a few crash days myself, especially after consecutive busy days. I believe this is normal (if what I'm describing is correct), and sometimes we just need low-stress quiet environments to recharge.
