whenever i'm a situation that needs me talking, i loose spontaneity ! my head goes blank and i run out of ides to talk about !!!!!!!!! Does any of you guys have tips to get over this ?!

I think i'm a polite guy, i respect people that i meet recently, i smile , i'm nice to them ....etc, but it always ends feelings hated or not wanted at the end of the day !! even my best friends, i feel they don't really like me inside, are my feelings right or it's just all in my head !does...

and yep, i've got a horrible memory, i forget everything : from where i put things, wallet, keys, my phone.., to friend's names ( yep awkward i know ); the funny one is when i'm in bathroom to take a shower and forgetting something like a towel for exemple, i go to my room and once i'm there...
