HSP video sounds interesting Great idea too- I am across the board HSP and when i am under stress its really bad but I have to say I have gotten better with it when I feel more in-control of my life, which isn't often enough, but they symptoms seem to really disappear. So there is hope. xD I would rather Be sensitive than insensitive any day, ya know LoL that's what I tell myself anyways....I do think it's important to embrace your true nature as much as you can though. My day was fine. I was making cookies for Xmas. Hehe is big lie i mean lol they was only
i call them *Testing cookies* thats mean we eat them per weekend for sure. I was making butter cookies with chocolate on the top and kokos. They are really delicious i think u will like it if u are up to xmas cookies. I must say well done this was my first time. I was also watching german supertalent some people are there silly but some really sing very nice and also some romantinc movie witch was quiet interresting too. Thank u for stop by me and i wish beatiful rest of weekend. U have some plane for tomorrow. Tomorrow i will make cookies again propably and watch tv.

Oh me nothing special mostly my answer is no good not bad,just neutral. Are somedays wich i enjoy more i mean if i watch some good movie like u was,or if lisen some good music,eat some good food. Horror nihgtmare start if i should do something behind walls of flat//In those time i really feel very bad,unpleasant. I know force me to do it things where i feel the most fear is they key how to be little less nervouss but just i cant i feel really bad if i do it. Im glad u enjoy your day with bro i wish to have some younger or older sister/brother that i can spend nice time with but my sis are older then me they have own families and live not close to me. If i may ask wich movies u was watching? Today i will watch Philladelphia with Tom Hanks is really good movie;o) take care FLOWERLY =o))

hey flowergirlie how have you been holding up? I was just reading your response to a post about bdd I have it aswel regarding my calves and I believe it's the main reason for my s.a coz I was bullied about them constantly ive decided to get a calf reduction surgery early next year and im going to see if that will aid in solving my s.a problem I read so many reports and done alot of research on it looks promising ive just been carrying that shame for so long it's time to do something about it LOL
