  • Well, that is so very nice tohear. Of course I miss my SPW family, too. I hope life is treating you the way you deserve.
I'm tired as well. I hate working. >_> I sleep on time but I'm still tired in the morning. I'm stressed at the moment.

Will you be visiting Britain? If so, it would be interesting if we both met.
I know a lot of bands that are composed of just one guy, so forming your own band can definitely be done. It's hard to find compatible people to jam with, I reckon. I hope you get to find some people, if that's what you want. :)

My job is alright in the fact that it's low stress, but at the same time it's kind of monotonous. It's got good and bad qualities. If you want to focus on music more, then getting an easier job is probably the way to go!
Ha, thanks. I'm absolutely no celebrity, but it's nice having music out there. I'm looking forward to getting our third album out there.

Why don't you think you'll ever play live or get in a band? Are you good at an instrument? If an idiot like me can do it, anyone can.
I've never really given singing that much thought, to be honest. I mean, I've had a few people tell me that I should give it a try. But I've never really had the confidence to be a singer. And I'm quite self-conscious about my voice, anyway.
I'm sorry you feel that way :( Personally I found a lot of awesome people here that always manage to cheer me up. I know I'm addicted to this website but at the same time it helps me vent my feelings. If you really feel that way, then you should take a little break however remember that there are a lot of awesome people here that are open for a chat. Feel free to message me whenever you need a talk ok?
I don't play guitar as consistently as I used. Nor do I have a band, I don't really like performing in front of people, either. Despite having studied music during high school. But I do write, so-to-speak. Haven't really composed anything, though. I just make up riffs using Drop D tuning, mostly.

I nearly decided to quit playing the guitar altogether in 2004, 2 years after I pick it up. Mainly because I was really frustrated by my lack of progress during my guitar lessons, as I was taught in a group along with guitarists who were within my age group at the time. Which had a downside, in that, the teacher (who was a great guy) seemed to spend more time with the 1 player who were already familiar with the more advanced techniques, than teaching those who wanted to move pasted the basics to the more advanced stuff. Which sucked, in retrospect. I think I'm a better rhythm player, than I am lead - when it comes to solos, I really suck, to be honest.
Hi, mate. I'm doing alright lately, considering I was feeling quite depressed for a few days.

I haven't really been playing my guitar much, recently. I've mainly been playing my acoustic more than my electric guitar. But I've been playing on and off for the past 10 years now, started learning when I was 14. And I've been pretty self-taught since age 16. How long have you been playing the guitar for?

I'm try to save up money and get myself a new electric guitar and effect pedal - preferably the Boss ME-70 Multi Effects Pedal. But I can't decide between either a Fender Squier Telecaster or a Stratocaster. And if I do, get a new guitar, that'll my 5th guitar - 4 electric guitars and an electro-acoustic guitar.
i wish i could be more into running. unfortunately, i don't have the necessary self-discipline to commit myself into anything.

i'm glad to hear this site is helping you. what do you do btw?
