How are you feeling?

quite nervous, relieved... I just had a video call on skype with someone, he was playing guitar and I was singing... Freaking nerved me... lol ::p: But I did it. so i feel relieved :)!! and very happy!! cuz it's one of my fears.. making video call lol

I'm feeling a lot better today, even though nothing has really been sorted. Am being more strict with myself and going out and doing things and keeping off the computer, and so far its feeling good.
Faith in myself.
The rest will follow, in some form or another.

Another meaningless day wasted sat in front of the TV and nothing constructive done as I've no motivation and my good mood did last long I'm back being very depressed ::(:

I've only got myself to blame for the way I'm feeling. :mad:

Exercise Simpy, it really helps.

I felt exactly like you do over the weekend as I just stayed in and sat at the computer. Today I've done lots of exercise as well as other stuff, and its really helped clear my mind. Not cured or solved my problems. They're still there in the back of my head. Just cleared my mind, and made me feel better in myself because I know I'm trying.

The initial push to do exercise can be something we try and avoid it but once you make the first few steps, you're running.

I really recommend this to you tomorrow so that you don't have another day like the one you have just had.

I'll try and go out tomorrow for a long walk or something like that to clear my head.

I think today that I've just let everything get back on top of me again.

Thank you for the ever-reliable support, RB :)

I'm determined to get over this. No more self-indulgent whinging ;) Its my responsibility to sort this, nobody elses, and I'm not going to give in to each hurdle anymore.

Now I just want to get to 500 posts and then I'm logging out again!

There's the spirit! Keep it going let it gain momentum. Tho I should start doing the same, I don't "whinge" in self pity anymore but I may as well change my name to Deus_Ex_Sloth right now :D

Again, I relate to that completely. I hope you feel better. And if you do watch t.v I hope you're watching something funny like the Simpsons ;)

Really hope you get that exercise done tomorrow. I'm convinced it will make you feel heaps better, particularly if you do something that will push you - like jogging or something.

No nothing funny like simpsons. Mind numbing daytime rubbish that they put on which is probably another reason why I'm down. lol

I too unfit for jogging too many cigarettes lol. But I will def go for very long walk.
