I MADE MY SIGNATURE THE SAME AS THE TITTLE. =D ISN'T THAT JUST AMAZING. =D You can call me LittleKitty or just Kitty or even Little. Actually you can make me a name, GOOD LUCK! =D

Anyway, I'm 20, I have a lot of social anxiety. Though, I always knew there was something different about me other then just regular social anxiety, I recently learned about avoidant personality disorder and there are actually others like me. I was drying my hair the other day and it just came to me "I'm not special" I couldn't help but laugh, it was a bitter sweet moment.

I'm not sure what else there is to say. I've been feeling kind of down ever since I found out about AvPD. I'm slowly getting back up, like climbing a ladder without legs, just two little weak hands holding on. I can feel the fear of falling yet I don't know what I'm afraid of, my vision and mind is turning into a blur, I cant think straight, "just hold on", "keep going" Where is this ladder going? Looking up I can see the ladder fading into the clouds, so fluffy, so warm, peaceful and inviting.

Okay, what am I talking about.. Anyways, I'm not very good at introductions.. just kinda typing as I think. =D So yeah.. Hello

Hi kitty;i'm in a very similar situation. So welcome. I just recently knew about AvPD and felt so relieve to know that there's a name for my condition, and that there is hope to overcome it.

Since I can't find the option to open my own thread i was surfing around the forum reading here and there, and find your post, and surprisingly you're talking about i want to talk.
