Do you hate your voice?

I hate it everytime I hear it, and I always think "is that ugly my voice?", but there's not so much I can do about it, so I don't really care.

My voice sounds deep but also a bit sharp at the same time, being the deep part the most important. My father says I have a metallic voice. What is true is that people that don't know me find difficult to understand me at first, because of the tone. My voice is also hardly audible in loudly ambients, and I almost have to shout when I want to say something so I get a little hoarse after a while.

Metallic? I doubt that's very accurate! I think all we need to do is speech smoothly and assertively. It does make a difference. Regardless of how our voice sounds.

That's what he says! I always found that description a bit confusing, but well. I think it's because it sounds very deep but also sharp, that both tones at the same time.

I think I speak smoothly but not so assertively, anyway I'm working to change that ::eek::

I used to hate it, but recently I've been told a lot, mostly by the amazing people on here, that it isn't as high pitched as I used to think

For some reason, when you first posted your picture on here, I assumed you'd have quite a high pitched voice. So when I watched your first vlog I was a bit  because your voice is really quite deep.

I kinda do hate my voice. I find it to be a little deeper than most girls' voices, but I don't know. Maybe it's just me hearing things? I know when I'm sick or during allergy season I sound absolutely horrible...

I hate how I can't think straight when I'm talking to someone. So my words get all messed up and I start to mumble. Haha. But the actual sound of my voice? No, I actually kind of like it.

Oh dear God yes... It's so weird. I have bit of a husky and monotone voice for a girl, but sometime it'll be a lot softer than usual. I think it's because my throat gets all constricted when I get anxious. Sometimes my voice won't even come out at all, depending on how anxious I am.

Yes. Yes I do. I hate listening to any recordings of my voice or anything like that.
It's something I can live with though, I guess. I don't like my laugh either. Though, I think a while ago somebody told me I had a cute laugh, so I'm not sure! I just find my voice a little obnoxious

I don't mind the way my voice sounds, but hearing it on a message machine or speaker provokes me to pull my hair out.
