8km. Checked my blood pressure. 131/83 Hr. 90 about 15 minutes afterwards.

Another 8km BP 135/88. Not as low.

Tonight with no run 134/85.

I really feel like I'm not in the mood to exercise, when I actually start to do it. But once I've started to do it, it gets done pretty easily. Usually, I'd do a 45-minute workout everyday, but today, I've got a bad cold, so that's that. No workout for today, I guess.

Otherwise, I would do a bunch of squats, push-ups, lunges, and some abdomen exercises as well. Oh well, there's always another day to do it, I guess...

I've been doing my 5k run more often than my 1 mile run, and it is showing in my times. When I started I was getting around 38 minutes or so, and now I am getting around 33 minutes or so. It's a slow process, but the improvement is there! Plus, as vain is it may sound, I'm starting to get a bit of a runners body and I'm not unhappy about that

Things have been going great guys. Been running 20 miles a week the past few weeks.

Got my time trial down to 20:42 last week in 5k on a track.

Ran 12 miles so far this week, all easy runs pretty much.

I have this little burn in my back heel area. It hasn't effected my running but when i sit at night i can feel it sometimes. weird. Anyway, i've been takin it easy this week because of it.

Maybe 5k time trial again tomorrow but rest will be easy.
