It's the same for everyone. Only the most recent 5 show.

if you click on the link on user cp, it sends you directly to the post where it was sent from and shows you who sent it.

the mods can now see who sent it, so if someone gives you negative rep or offensive rep, you can ask a mod to check and see who it was.

at least i think ive got that right::

No, you've never been able to see who sent it. And the mods haven't messed with anything, we just figured out how to view the rep comments people receive (thanks to Philly) ::
