Who here has the worst sleeping pattern???

I go to sleep at 4:00 am and wake up ate 8:00 am every day.

I don't care about sleeping patterns, I have already enough problems to care...

I'm really glad I saw this thread, as there's something sort of related that's been on my mind for a while.

My issue is this: about 6 months ago I read up on lucid dreaming, and I was curious (desperate) to experience it for myself. So I started doing all these weird things to try and trigger one, like waking myself up with an alarm every 2 hours or so, among other things. It took me about a week, but in the end I was successful,... now every so often, I'll have nights where I'll randomly wake up every 2 hours for no reason. I guess it's not that serious, just a little annoying.

Other than that, I don't really have a bad sleeping pattern as I work day shifts. But I stay up later than I should, and end up only getting 3 or 4 hours sometimes. Half the time I'm pretty good though, and sleep from 10-11pm til 6-7am.

It is very hard for me to get a regular sleeping pattern. I would sleep for about 3 or 4 hrs and wake up at 3 or 4 am only to not being able to fall asleep. By the time I fall asleep, it is time for me to go to work. It is sooo frustrating!

I have chaotic sleep pattern. Sometimes I sleep like a rock until 10:00, sometimes wake up at 8:00. But there are some days such as Wednesdays, Thursdays when I have big problem to fall asleep I spend my time thinking not able to sleep.

I don't have a sleep pattern. It's constantly changing. There was a period of almost a year that ended about 6 months ago where I would literally sleep every other night. It's not like I was doing nothing either. I was actually working at the time. It got really old but eventually things got sort of normal... Now I go to sleep around 2-3 and wake up about 9-10. However I wake up several times during that period so I question the quality of the sleep I'm actually getting. Sleeping pills are complete **** and don't do anything for me, either. I have some kind of high tolerance for psych meds or somthin because nothing but Klonopin or Xanax do anything for me.

It's weird, I can never get to sleep when I want to. I'm never able to "clear my mind" I just lie in bed thinking constantly for hours, even though I'm really tired it takes a very long time, sometimes I don't even end up falling asleep.

From 5/6am to 1pm... sometimes a little more. I spend most part of the night awake like an owl. Some months ago I used to wake up earlier, had only 5 hours of sleep.

my job is very Physical so i sleep quite well , but some nights i have so much going through my mind my brain wont switch off , so i toss and turn nearly all night then buzzzzzzz my alarm goes of at 5 in the morning , im like grrrrrr i need 2 red bulls and loads of food to wake up .. then its off to work i go buzzing on 2 red bulls
 
On days that I don't have school,which is five days out of the week, I stay up until 5 or 6 in the morning and sleep until noon. I really need to break this habit because I end up getting very little rest on nights before class.

just after ths xmas i was very bad. i used to go bed at 6 in the morning and get up at 3 that evening, lol. im working on it atm !! maybe if i had a job id be ok but i aint ready to go back to work just yet :rolleyes:
