Totally forgot about this one and that 70s show.
These just a few of my favorite sitcoms. I could list alot more.
People are mentioning cartoons. Do they count as sitcoms?
I am a total sitcom whore.
I enjoy
The Big Bang Theory
How I Met your Mother
2 Broke Girls
Rules of Engagement
Family Guy
Simpsons
Married with Children
Malcolm in the Middle
Roseanne
Fresh Prince of Bel - Air
Seinfeld
Everybody Loves Raymond
Greg the Bunny
South Park
Fair enough. I will then add Archer to my list!I don't really look at shows as "sitcoms." They are either dramas, comedies, or dramadies. "Sitcom" always reminds me of laugh tracks and cliched writing. That doesn't answer your question at all, but whatevs.
I've read that that show is pretty good. I wonder if I can find it in America anywhere.
BBC America got the brodcasting rights for The Thick of It - Series 1 in America after that series was re-run by BBC 2 here in the UK in 2006. Beyond that series, I don't. HBO are doing an American remake called Veep, but I can't see it being as good as the original BBC series.
The Thick of It is quite sweary, though. So, if you don't mind swearing - mostly done with a Scottish (Glaswegian) accent - then definitely check it out the original series, if you can find it. Oh and the movie spin-off In the Loop is also worth checking out as well.
Hmm. I don't have BBC America. Maybe it's on Amazon or something. I don't mind swearing at all! In fact, I encourage it. I have a bit of a hard time understanding the Scottish accent, though. I might have to watch with subtitles.
