EQ is about the emotional part, the left hemisphere, and IQ about the cognitive rational one, or right hemisphere

(It's the other way around (however the left-brain controls right-body & vice-versa, don't ask me why); you can remember it via 'i'm in the Right!')


I think EQ is more to do with the way you think & feel when away from people (ie is a more an personal evaluation), but it also affects the SQ you have (ie socializing skills/qualities/traits when around people)
