What other languages do you speak aside from the obvious English?

I was just curious. Mine's Spanish. That was an obvious one. I'm about to take 10 mo. of German classes.

Well I did French and German. I took German to GCSE level. That was several years ago now so I'm a little rusty. Now my German seems to have a bit of French mixed in.

If I'm ever in Germany or France I can tell them what my favourite lesson is.

Well, English is my second language. My first is lithuanian and the third is russian. But I'm not very good at neither of them :)

I was just curious. I am not fluent in any other languages than English, but my second language is Hebrew and my third is Spanish. I'm studying Persian (beginner), and I'm about to take a year of German in college. I know a few words in Russian and Turkish, and I want to learn French and Arabic.

What about you guys?

whoa, that's a lot of languages. i know some german, spanish, and latin. i'd love to learn french, japanese, and greek. but it's really hard to justify the amount of time that would require. but i do love slowly learning how different languages are related, and all the weird roots of english words. :)

I speak English, not fluent in Spanish although my family speaks it fine. I like reading in Russian though I'm still learning. I'd like to learn Apache since I recently found out about my family's heritage.

My first language is French, then English and finally some basic Hungarian (I can't write it but can read some). My mother's side is Hungarian so that's why I speak it.

I know little tiny bits of other languages (Japanese mainly) but it's nearly not enough to get around... I'd like to learn more.

My first language is English, mother tongue is Mandarin Chinese (simplified), and I can also speak Hokkien and understand some Cantonese.

My first language is English, I'm also fairly fluent in Irish, and I can speak some French. I'd love to learn more languages though, it'd be cool to learn something different like some form of Chinese or Japanese.
