About to get the laundry together for washing.

My life is amazing.

clean clothes are wonderful. i hate doing laundry but it's so comforting to open my closet and see all the pretty stacks of clean, fresh folded clothes:D

nothing is better than wearing a pair of freshly washed pj's straight from the dryer

^ Gluten free bread! :D I always get so giddy when I have bread. It's so hard to master a gf bread recipe, but all that hard works pays off when you do. :)

I've actually been using the recipe that you posted some time ago except that I use rice flower instead of sorghum flower (cause I didn't manage to find it) and must say that your recipe is great! :D .This is my third time that I'm making it and it's much more cheaper than buying the bread from the bakery.
Thanks again for sharing it. :)

 So there are people using my recipe! That's great to hear! :D I'm so glad I could help!

I'm guessing rice works okay with the recipe? I've never worked with rice since I'm severely allergic (strange, I know), so sorghum is the best substitute for rice flour I can use.

I've been having trouble with the baking times though, at least for me. Are they okay for you? It might just be the new (used) oven my mom bought, but the last couple times I've made it, it came out looking done, but the bottom and sides were still a bit raw, so it collapses a bit. I'm thinking about tinkering with it again this weekend when I go home. If there are any changes, I'll let you know.

Your recipe is working perfectly fine for me! The baking time that I use is approximately around 50 minutes.Although I usually check the bread after around 30-35 minutes and switch the oven on the grill mode so that the top of the bread gets evenly cooked with the bottom.I think the cooking time also depends on the thickness of your bread, the bread pan or mold that your using and the oven like you mentioned.
