Don't Be Afraid of the Dark: 3/10 stars

There was something about this movie that was just dull. It seems like they tried to copy off of other horror films, and came up with a silly film. It's not scary, it's just weird.

Rewatched Alien and Aliens. It had been ages, and were utterly scrambled in memory, so it was kinda nice to see them again. Though, I REALLY had to get used to the movies from this era. The first one has such a slow pacing, and the second is visually intense (a lot of flickering lights and such/unable to see what's going on).

8.1
8.9
Aliens is easily the better of the two here, in my opinion. It's more fast-paced and it has Bill Paxton, even though he whines a lot.

The Corporation 7/10

A documentary about corporations and how they're destroying the world. It's hard to tell how far-fetched this movie was, but it was an entertaining watch, nonetheless. Makes me cranky how corporations run everything.

Tron: Legacy - 8/10

Such an awesome movie! It was a little hard to follow, but I think it would've helped to see Tron first. The costume and makeup design for this movie was incredibly neat too. I don't think I've ever been this overjoyed about special effects and design since seeing Avatar in theatres. :D

UFC movie about brothers with an emotional story. They are both underdogs. Great fight scenes.

Wait, there is a movie before this one?? That would explain why I was so ****ing lost. The special effects where insane, though!

The Other Guys - 7/10

It was pretty funny (and definitely a little weird), although it was a little dry at times. It's about time Will Ferrell was in a decent movie for a change, a fairly humorous one at that. (No offense :p) My brother said it was better than The Hangover. He lied. I still haven't seen any new movies out there that are funnier than The Hangover. (yet!)

The movie is well-made, I just guess I'm not much for superhero fiction unless it's the Dark Knight.

Crazy movie. A movie about shooting a movie and a bunch of problems on the set. I didn't like the characters' characters.

Best Mission since the first one. Well written story. Great cast, great acting and loads of cool gadgets.

Story is okay. I didn't quite like the ending.

Battle Los Angeles
2/5

Wow it was terrible. It just kept going on and on and I don't know why I watched the whole thing.

The Adventures of Tin Tin
3.5/5

I kinda liked it but I don't think I can watch it a second time.

I literally just finished watching Don't be Afraid of the Dark. It was pretty entertaining and then boring in some parts. It did get me a little scared so that's good enough for me.

I'll rate it 6/10...I'm probably being nice...

I didn't mind it but the whole movie seemed like an advertisement for the US Military.

Inception
9/10

I don't get why I heard so many negative things about this movie. I thought it was amazing.

Thor
7.8/10

A little too 'comicy' at times for my taste, but as such is its origin. But it was entertaining and incredibly funny at times. Plus, ties in with some of my all time favorite movies.

Iron man (1 and 2)
<3/10

Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark, in a awesome mechanical suit. NUFF. SAID.

Captain America
6.8/10

Perhaps it's because I have no comic history, but I found this one to be kinda disappointing as far as super hero movies go. But as entertaining when you consider it's all a big prequel to The Avengers. It wasn't bad, at least.

Watched a movie after several months without feeling like doing so. Dorian Gray (2009 version). People say books are (almost) always better, but it was a good movie. I recommend it.
