I feel better throughout the day now that I've moved my first cardio workout into the morning instead of the afternoon.... It's just a pain to drag myself out of bed to begin lol.

I've been on forums where instead of banning someone, they just put them on 'global ignore'. To the poster in question, everything looks normal. To everyone else, that poster's posts simply don't exist. Some of them take weeks to figure it out.

The flu has claimed another victim: moi. I feel like sh#%!
Minutes ago, my mom showed me a picture of myself taken from a cellphone. I looked so pissed and grumpy that I had to do a double take. I didn't expect myself to look so...down, especially when that picture was taken. It made me wonder, do I always look like this in real life?

Thanks for the well-wishes everyone! Wish I could call in sick to work today, but since everyone who comes into the clinic is sick, you're pretty much expected to tough it out. No mercy whatsoever!!! :thumbdown:
Hence the reason I avoid the camera at all cost! One of my former bosses had to do this thing as part of his management training where they video taped him and then he had to watch it back and hear comments on how he is perceived. I would have DIED!!!

Nothing will upset me faster than a friend or family member trying to take a picture of me. NO! I don't do pictures. Not alone, not with others.......NO!
(although on rare occasions I will do the obligatory, "smile"....but rarely)
I hate it when you write lists like;

I know how hard it is to go to work while extremely sick too.
At the last place I worked you had to be dead or in a coma before you were allowed to not come into work for sickness.:sad:
