I guess I should not be so surprised that most humans are not that far removed from wild animals.:sad::idontknow:

Ugh I hate when people post pictures of people abusing animals. I can't do anything about it and it is not an image I want in my mind. Horrible.

We should have a law where people who abuse animals have the same done to them. Quite simple and I think it would be effective too.

From now on, I shall protect my chocolate like Frodo protects the One Ring.

Strange how colds seem to start in your head and then move to your chest.

This was the mildest one I've gotten in a long time, which I am very grateful for. A bad cold on top of all this stress would have been awful.

1. Being in school I've put relationships on hold and having a cat on hold. I miss having a cat. OK, I miss having a relationship, too. But a cat would be a wonderful surrogate in the mean time.

So it turned from being a lack of effort or a lack of willpower or just being a bad person, into being someone who had a medical issue that could and would be dealt with.
