Eating less doesn´t always mean getting an eating disorder. In fact is beneficial more often than not. I don´t know why people always instantly think of eating disorders, when someone just needs to go on a diet.

Oh, I know that, of course, I've read the studies with the mice, etc... But I've seen so many people who literally starve themselves and develop eating disorders which is unhealthy. Personally, I do think people generally eat too much (including those who are a healthy weight), but the way society has conditioned people, means that many people develop unhealthy patterns and risk injury to their health.

^^ Not eating is not the way to become "less ugly". Yes, it will probably make you lose weight - fat and muscle and therefore body tone also. But if you fail to get adequate nutrition you will look ill. Your skin will not be in good condition - it could become dry and flaky, in some cases ulcers may even form, your nails may also become dry and brittle, you may develop fine hair all over your body whilst the hair on your head may become dry and thin or even fall out and you'll look weak and tired. None of which is "less ugly" than someone getting adequate nutrition. Not to mention all the negative physical impacts it can have on your health, including the heart... And the negative emotional impacts... Irritability, sleep disruption, etc...

I know that's not what you want to hear, really, I do. I understand perfectly. But please take care of yourself.

I understand the desire to be thin, trust me, it's one which plagues me continually and I developed an ED because of it, but you mustn't give into it! It only serves to make you unhappy and ill. Yes, I know feeling fat makes you unhappy too - it still does with me - but it is much worse to be consumed with an eating disorder!

I think I'd rather look ill than fat.

Don't worry. I will be fine :)

I'm alone in my flat. I hear voices of children outside but i can't understand them. Are they really children speaking and laughing or is my imagination? What is the relation with my reality? with my mood? Is the real life out of here or here is? I'm confused. It's time to sleep :)

I woke up when the garbage truck passed slowly in the dark of the street. The children made silence and a cricket started singing.
I see through the window and only encounter darkness in comparison with the light of the room. Is really dark outside or is my imagination? I love stay here.
I love my bed, my laptop, the silence, the light of the lamp on night, the warm atmosfera of the solitude. But i can't stay here for more time, the real world is outside in the darkness. I will shine for illuminate my way and i will find a better place to be.

I dreamed last night that I had top surgery. Wearing a tuxedo, I planted red flowers in a crescent garden. I was a book binder. I walked with Vincent Van Gogh who was wearing a blue suit and had blood dripping down his face from where his ear should have been. We walked in a beautiful old house. I watcher men and women in beautiful Victorian outfits play soccer with croquet equipment. I walked up stairs with water flowing down them. Every thing was in beautiful vibrant colors and had a swirl effect like one of Van goghs paintings. It was so perfect. Then, my sister woke me up because she was looking for her shoes. When I realized that is was a dream I was disapointed that I hadn't actually had top surgery and that I didn't own a tux and Van Gogh is dead.

Why do people think it is so amazing when they find out you build your own computer? Anyone can do it, if you can read and match pins, you can put a computer together. Also, I really need to stop being awful at lyrical writing, I mean I really suck at it.

Does anyone else ever imagine hearing their text message tone when it didn't really go off? A few times a week I will be sure I heard it, only to realize my phone isn't even anywhere near me :eek:h:

Yikes. Sometimes I feel like I need a complete break from anything with a screen, maybe for a week or so. But then I'd miss important phone calls and the like. Sucks. It's not that the computer is a big problem for me right now, but I still compulsively check my phone (maybe I replaced the computer with my smart phone). And now I'm having hallucinations involving pings and rings. I feel like that's a sign you need a break, haha.
