Do you eat out of Anxiety?
Do you mean to take the annoying part of you to scoff and gobble it down your throat, digest it and wait for it to come out of your arse, so it'll be gone?
As
Eat your heart out? :inlove:
Or eat more comfort food to feel good?
I answered 'can't say' because I'm very much of both, in terms of budget and approaching homelessness, but also avoiding getting fat for a different reason
Budget is easy to stick with as a strategy but there's always a balance to find. No way I'd scrimp, but I have tried it. Sometimes a treat is important for simple self-fulfilment. Got groceries today, while I couldn't start my car yesterday. My oven element has died amid a shower of sparks, so I can't use it. Can find replacements. Grill is OK. But a lot of lights in the kitchen I haven't replaced yet. If I can see what I need to, I won't spend money on improvements. My home looks great! I wish I could get a girl to come here
Ummm. take-out, take-away... can't be bothered to cook for you or someone else? Just pay? Goes for restaurants too. 90% is because it's social. When I'm earning, and losing weight, and building muscle, I take people out to eat. The horror of getting prepared food to go in your hands and down the throat? NO
Don't mean to be judgemental. Might be different as a parent, but if I was, I'd cook for everyone, and make sure so sugar or fat gets into their veins
Only once in my life, I got to see a taco-bel? Detrioit mall. Loved. But I make my own. Chuckie-Cheese?
Muesli is the world's best food, which I'll stick to when it gets to being low on reserves, or homelessness.
Actually I have learned that the best way to lose weight is to be in hospital for a few months, when I can let go and live on intravenous sodium chlorine into my arm and not have to open my mouth. When about 10 and 15. Then age 30 for an operation and more intensive care... Was a 85kg kid, really puffed-up in the cheeks due to eating prednisolone, which gave me an awesome appetite - especially for learning at skool. Best weight has been 67kg
On solid food, the UK NHS has gone miles further in the last decade. I always eat curry, and never have to cook it! I investigate around the racks for uneaten meals and the nurses don't mind.
