How was everyone's earthquake?

I live in Oregon. It was a sunny day, and I went swimming. I don't watch the news, so I just found out from this thread that there was an earthquake.
I hope none of you had a hard time.

Maryland here...we felt it...we thought a truck hit our building then realized it was a little earthquake.

My real fear is if the hurricane hits the eastern shore like they're predicting it might. They're saying it's supposed to come right into the chesapeake bay area

really? it wouldn't be as unusual over there, of course, but a 5.9 on the US west coast would've made headline news.

not if it isnt felt in the cities- which if you open a book and read, you will see theyre are few and far between- theres no cities in between san francisco and portland which is 13 hour drive- they happen here on the southern coast of oregon all the time- if a tree falls in the forest and theres no one there to hear it, does it make a sound? NOT on CNN!!!!
