I suppose on a personal level I feel ok. But all these negative things happening in the world can be really depressing. Earthquakes, tsunamis etc. Wars going on around the world, for no reason other than for greed. I feel so sorry for all the people living with war, when it's not even their fault.

Today has been the first bad day in a while. It's times like this when you feel like everyone is laughing at you. I need help, I've asked for it but it's taking far too long.

im ok finished work went to the pub and got another roast dinner for 5 quid , again a right pig 2 types of meat lots of veg , batter pudding gravy ect , well its not 5 quid its 8 quid cos i always give the waitress a 3 quid tip ....

Came back home today after a lovely break in the countryside with my dad and grandparents in staffordshire =)
