I can give you a tip, anyways.

Stop thinking about it and just write, write, write whatever comes to mind. Worry about making sense later - just start putting down words. And don't worry about whether you've offended anybody. If you need to, swear all you like - you can always edit it out later. Once you've got a block of stuff to look at, go back through it and figure out what you need to do to make it coherent and presentable, fluff it up if it needs to be formal. Change the language and whatnot. You'll know better than any else what you want it to finish like.

TL;DR Go ****all mad and write whatever you like, then fix it up and fill in details later.
