So! I just turned 20 and have been struggling with social anxiety for 11 years. I've gotten much, much better over the years, but I still have a lot of trouble breaking the ice and truly feeling comfortable with people without that irksome inner "ishouldstoptalkingtheyprobablyhatemealreadyorthinkimboringorweird" dialogue running through my head.
Since I just transferred to a new college, I'm hoping I can maybe figure out some ways to really finally break the ice with people. I'd really like to shake off this SA thing before I graduate. I've spent far too much time alone already :
