My name is Lucy and I'm 18.
I found this site while clicking around on google.
I've struggled with Social anxiety and shyness for a few years now, it's only in the past year I've began to get help by seeing a therapist which is definitely making a difference.
Some days are better than others but looking on here its nice to know I'm not alone in how i feel.
