Do you do anything fun for halloween or dress up in costume?

its my favourite holiday and i always say im going to dress up and go out or something, but i usually just end up at home watching scary movies by myself and eating too much candy.

if i do dress up and do something this year, ill probably be an Adventure Time character lol

I dress up as a normal person and go to class at college (also work this year) and then I come back home. I guess the disguise is pretty good because others think I'm a normal person.

guess im the weird one here. i mean, id wear costumes everday if i could. go grocery shopping as Sailor Moon, go see movies as a zombie...

I love Halloween and I love costumes. I'd like to dress up and go somewhere if I had anywhere to go. I think I'd get a Catwoman costume.

Well, here in Ireland, Halloween is huge. (The original Pagan holiday of Samhain is Celtic) All the kids dress up and go trick or treating (so do some of the adults if they get drunk enough) and most people 18+ (Well probably 15+ as most people have fake ID's haha) get dressed up and go out to bars/clubs for the night. In student area's at least, it's a bigger event than New Years by far.

Not sure what costume I'll get yet (I'm leaving it kinda late) but I'll maybe go with something like this:

Pretty much just an emo with facepaint. People don't even dress up as "scary" stuff here always. Sure there's plenty of zombies etc but lots of people just put on costumes/uniforms. (Half the girls go as slutty nurses, the other half as cops pretty much)

Bonus: I get to dye my hair black and dress emo which I've wanted for a long time, but it would be a very sudden change. Halloween perfect time for a practice run

I always seem to skate on Halloween. I don't tend to go anywhere otherwise and just watch horror movies, but since I love costumes, I slightly dress up. My friends and I all dressed as bunnies to go skating one year. This year I plan to make a crown of flowers and wire elf ears. Halloween is a blast.
