Indeed I tried to study Hebrew on my own beginning on October, but I gave up because it's harder than finding an Afghan with sense of humor. I mean, to memorize the Aleph-Beyt, their alphabet, isn't so hard, because there are only 22 symbols plus few nikkudot, which work like vowels, but this language is almost impossible to read because they rarely write with "volwes" (hanikkudot), so it's like "trng t rd ths wtht vwls". Writing is easier, but not reading, wich is in my humble opinion it most difficult aspect.

I just wanted to learn a sixth idiom, but maybe five are enough. The fact that I'm a bit obsessed with languages made me think I could be an Asperger, but I don't think so in the sense that, for instead, I can detect sarcasm, whereas Aspergers can't, although I haven't very much empathy.
