Do you like to hear your heart beat?

Personally, I hate the feeling my heart beating out of my chest and the sound it makes. I have no idea why, every time like when i work out or get excited and anxious easily my heart pounds and pounds and i have to pound and hold my chest to make it stop. I hate that feeling, the noise it makes. I don't even like feeling my pulse beat or my stomach organisms pounding it's so uncomfortable. Does anyone else have this problem? I wish I could get over this damn problem since it's natural for my body to do this.:kickingmyself:

i like to feel my heartbeat or my pulse. never really hear it, unless im laying down and can hear the pulse which is annoying

I guess it's reassuring that I'm not dead, but it freaks me out a bit. If I start thinking about my heart beating and breathing regularly, I'll start to panic about what would happen if my body forgot to do these things.

I hate the way it would pound under SA triggered situations, but otherwise it's soothing. I like to just lie down and close my eyes and feel my heart beating....it's just a constant rhythm ...gets your mind off things.

This might be oversharing, lol, but I sleep in the buff during beddy-bye. And sometimes I'll sleep on my side, knees drawn up with my arm(s) between the legs. I can feel my heartbeat, wrist against thigh. At least... I THINK that's my heartbeat. :O

If the cause is a stressful situation where my heart is thumping out of my chest, no.

I do like listening to others heartbeats or sleepy time applications which carry the sound.

Heartbeat? When you have drunk bit too much and trying to fall asleep and your heart is losing a bit.. As if you're dying. Funny feeling. Like real..

i don't like to hear or feel my heartbeat either because it feels like it's so fragile that it's about to stop next moment.
