Do you cry a lot and if so..do you feel guilty or less manly (If you're a guy) afterwards?

I usually cry or get teary-eyed every 2-3 days...

i have trouble crying to be honest, but having said that not alot upsets me enough to make me cry but last week i did first time in about 14 years! no messin. Got hurt big time and that was enough to make me cry and the person who did it to me knew what effect it would have on me too, but i forgave them i'm a sucker for love i guess lol

Well, i'm a girl, but I usually cry about 3-5 times a day, usually just from sadness that never goes away. I don't think it's anything to feel guilty about if you're a man, it's sometimes a good release.

I cry often but I always try to hold it in until I am alone. I've always been a sap when it comes to certain movies and cry very easily or if I see something really sad on tv.

I cry, but not around others. I mean, I have to cry the pain is too much. But absolutely doesnt mean you are weak or anything like that. In fact, its quite healthy to cry and people should not hold in their feelings, cause that is unhealthy.

I think being a male I hold my emotions in, I always have. But I cry, and I usually do it when I am alone.

Only thing I've cried about in the last 10+ years is my dog dieing.

I think I've got such a death-grip on my emotions that I can't "let go" and cry. Maybe I'm worried that my emotions (including fear/anxiety) would snow-ball if I loosened my grip.

yup, every now and again, it definitely makes me feel less manly, but then again so does feeling sorry for myself (even if im not crying)

I mostly cry when i am home, at night, when my brother, whom i live with, goes to bed. I usually watch a film or listen to music and start crying.
I don' t think crying makes men less men. It has nothing to do with that.
Thanks for reading!!
bye!

I wish I could right now, to let some feelings out, but I cant seem to, like I haven't got the mental energy to do it. This makes me feel worse. I also can get teary from moving music, or films, but I feel like I need a proper cry. And I wouldn't feel guilty either.

I am a bawl baby... I cry out of frustration. I cry out of loneliness. I cry if I hear some awesome touching music. I even cry when I am happy. But most of all I cry because I am depressed.

i cry like every other day, probably more. if i cry it's usually multiple times in that day. it is very surprising to me that i did not cry today! i do it alone. music and movies easily trigger me to cry but if there are people around i usually manage to stuff it.

when i saw titanic in the theatre i started crying at the intro music before the movie even started lol... maybe because i already knew the ending? hahaha i'm an emotional wreck.

i cry in very inappropriate times/places, too. once during class lecture (a college course!) i burst into tears, ran out, and left all of my stuff behind. my teacher came outside looking for me, way after class was over (i lost track of time). she kind of consoled me and told me to take deep breaths. there are other times in classes where i managed to cry to myself with my hood up, if you know what i mean. there are other places/occasions, too, that were totally inappropriate but i couldn't contain myself. obviously, it's embarrassing.

better click away from this website or it will bring me down now. g2g. adios.

I never cry in front of others and avoid it as much as I can. I suspect it might be because I'm trying to put up a tough front and think displaying emotions is a weakness. On the other hand, when I'm alone, whenever I think about something sad or just feel upset, I cry freely.

Anyway, guys shouldn't feel embarrassed to cry, it's perfectly normal. :)

I cry time to time, sometimes a lot. Sometimes, when I am extremely depressed I feel like crying a lot but can´t.
