not sure where to post this one, i guess its more just anxiety than social anxiety symptom but anyway...

Does anyone else have that? It's like this weird lightheaded/dizziness kinda feeling that never goes away? it's there 24/7. How am i suppose to get over a symptom thats there all the time? not when im just out but when i wake up in the morning.. when im trying to sleep.. i get these weird jolts in my head aswell, feels like all the things in my brain are just running free or something and i need some glue to put it back together haha.

like i think i could deal with it if it just appeared when i was out or something cause that would make alot more sense, but ever since my anxiety got to the uncontrolable stage i haven't been able to get rid of this feeling about 3yrs now

i feel like i'm going to faint 24/7 i know i wont cause i never have, but the feeling is so strong that it's really hard to full believe it wont happen. man my brain is totally ruined.. this sucks.

Yes i do find that i get light headed when anxious and my vision becomes blurred. It's usually caused by hyper ventilation; You breathe in too much oxygen.

Yeah, I get light headed quiet a lot, but mostly due to low blood sugar. Sometimes I'll go 15+ hours without eating because I simply don't feel that hungry. And yeah, shallow breathing is also a problem I have - anxiety related of course.

worth going the doc just to get checked out (and for peace of mind), even an ear infection can make you feel woosy for months afterwards

Other reasons to feel light headed could be low blood pressure and / or low blood sugar level. Check your blood pressure when you feel light headed. For example, I was feeling light headed yesterday and when I checked my blood pressure, it was 110 / 75, while 115 to 120 / 80 is normal for me.
As for your blood sugar - do you eat regularly? You can also try to eat sweat, particularly chocolate, or dissolve several spoons of sugar into a glass of water and drink it. If it's the blood sugar, you'll feel better in about 15 to 20 minutes.

YES. I get this all the time. I always feel dizzy dizzy dizzy. I feel like the world is spinnign around me. Partly because my eyes are messed up, and I totally get those weird elecrtic zappy thingies in my brain too, and sometimes the feelings that something is popping inside my brain. I can hardle stand up in the same spot for like over a few minutes because I just feel like I'm going to pass out, and throw up, and I know that isn't normal. I'm sure you get this too right? I mean like when you get up and walk sometimes and everything you see turns like and whitish greyish, kind of like tv static, and that's all you can see. That happens to me like at least 2 or 3 times a day. It's annoying but I've learned to live with it.

wow that sounds like me, I have a balance disorder though after injuring my head (inner ear), not had an ear infection lately?

Oh my god. Right now I have an ear infection in both freaking ears. One is a lot worse than the other and it hurts if you even touch the left side of my face. I think it's unrelated though, well it makes it worse. It started happening a few years ago.

could be a balance problem, check this place out:

Labyrinthitis - Symptoms

balance disorders also help cause anxiety and depression

Thanks!! Certainly sounds like me. I'm pretty sure I had a balance test, I mean like a test to see if I had that kind of balance disorder and the result didn't really say anything. I'll make sure to ask about it next time I go to the doctor though, which is a lot. It also might be my eyes, stupid eyes, because I have a ton of visual disturbances. I had some eye tests too, which I haven't gotten the results for yet. Stupid eyes and ears, I want to slap them sometimes, but that would hurt :(.

Psychedelicious do you think that all these health problems are due to side-effect of drugs? How long have you been on medicaments and how did you feel before? Did you feel better back then or now? What do you think would happen if you stopped all the medicines?

good test, stand toe to heel, extend your arms and shut your eyes, if you are falling all over the place its your balance, best pop back to a GP if its that, they usually send you to an ENT doc or neuro-otologist, who have specialist audiology equipment.

I had a test to determine it that included wearing infra red googles and them pouring hot and cold water into my ears, bizzare but it worked lol

jaja

I don't think so. When it all started happening I wasn't really taking anything, plus I already tried stopping taking everything for about a month, and it obviously wasn't causing any of the problems. I don't know what it is. Plus I am a real spaz without my meds lol.

weird liquid in your earss??? ewwwss!!! and haha red goggles. They give you all those weird glasses when they want you to point to the thing that is popping out too.

Go to a doctor if you're feeling physical imbalances; this is clearly a sign of a physical condition, more than a psychological condition, in my opinion. Probably anemia. I dunno, go check yourselves, tell the doc...

hm ok so i've ruled out a ear infection, altho i do have constant ringing in my ears, and water coming out of them all the time. damn i was so happy that it coulda been an ear infection not just my stupid head... tho.. i still dont believe the doctor she said if it was there would be pain when she was checking them??

i have had low iron before, last time i got it checked it was fine, though i dont believe the doctor again haha.. i never saw the results plus i think he didnt check everything, oh wells... i'll go back for another blood test soon i spose.. test out a dif doctor.. man i've tried so many they all suck..

i was thinking maybe low sugar levels too, i don't eat properly mostly cause im never hungry due to depression but who knows... guess thats someone i can get check..

might go google lightheadedness and see all the things it could possibly beeeee

if i get told its stress one more time i think i'll go insannnnnneeeeeeeee!
