tell them about the ringing, sounds like tinitus, usualy a result of a ear infection, it dosnt always hurt, my condition does not hurt atall, it never has but I got the ringing in the ears and the fluid feeling.
anemia is also a reason for dizzies like the previous poster said, try multivitamins with iron to see if it helps, its good to have those vits anyway
