may be create a list on things that work and things that don't work. I don't know how we all can come together and kick the anxiety...
somethings that i would like to do to kick my anxiety:
1. work a bit every day , am not going to try and become a rocket scientist, trying difficult things kill me. may be work at the meditation center...watering plants or work in the store where there are few people.
2. daily exercise.
3. daily meditation.
4. no alcohol or medication...i don't want to live like a vegetable. I understand some people don't like to hear this...but it's my opinion.
5. meet positive people and places.
