Let's do it. ._. I don't want to see any more of my life being held back because of it. Come on, let's all go out there and just not give a fxck... ;D <3

In 'anxiety situations' I'm reminding myself that my anxiety is simply caused by faulty repetitive thinking. In these situations I’m not in any danger so why be anxious?

may be create a list on things that work and things that don't work. I don't know how we all can come together and kick the anxiety...

somethings that i would like to do to kick my anxiety:

1. work a bit every day , am not going to try and become a rocket scientist, trying difficult things kill me. may be work at the meditation center...watering plants or work in the store where there are few people.
2. daily exercise.
3. daily meditation.
4. no alcohol or medication...i don't want to live like a vegetable. I understand some people don't like to hear this...but it's my opinion.
5. meet positive people and places.

Feel your fears and do them anyway. By avoiding things you are making yourself feel better in the short-term but aren't fixing the long-term problem. By facing your fears you will start to realise that there was nothing to worry about in the first place and your anxiety will gradually lessen.

P. S. I know this from first-hand experience

I can work on it, but I still think I have a long way to go. If I can improve my verbal skills to the point where I speak more eloquently and smoothly, then I will have more confidence in the way I present myself to others.
