8- break the cycle (Do things that scare you, things you don't want to do)

The only thing I do is 4. and I'm trying to cut down on my water intake.

For the rest I've got no excuse.

3- Avoid caffeine (coffee, energy drinks) - NEVER GIVING UP ENERGY DRINKS!
4- Drink water daily - I try!
5- 30 min. of relaxation daily - Never going to happen . Way too stressed right now
6- Wake up early - Does waking up at 1 in the afternoon on school days count?
7- Sleep 7 to 9 hours daily - I try
8- break the cycle (Do things that scare you, things you don't want to do) - Already got that down.

Thanks for the tips as you can see I need a lot of work. :)

Very good advice!
I try to do most of those, but it can be hard. I think I would probably have the biggest issue giving up caffeine...

Yep these are all brilliant ideas and really do help.
I love it when I can follow them through, I always feel good.
But then if I get upset about something, it knocks it all off-kilter and I forget about doing them all.
They really are beneficial thought.

I don't agree with waking up early.

Different people have different rythms.
Some people do their best work at night.

1- at least exercise 3 days a week, it decreases anxiety and depression; you will feel more energetic...
2- healthy food it's important
3-Energy drinks increases anxiety
4-Water also important
5-relaxation also at least 3 days a week; and if you have high levels of anxiety meds can help but you need to talk to your doctor.
6-Wake up early is important because you will get more energy but you have to go to bed early; if you wake up at 10am it's ok
7-sleep 8 hours also to feel good and energetic the next day
8- break the cycle - you got that down :)

Some good ideas there. Diet and giving up caffiene are works in progress.

I want to do things that scare me, but they have to be things that I want to do.

I want to run a marathon, I want to write a novel, I want to make friends with those who i have respect. I don't want to parachute out of an airplane, I don't want to sit at a bar at a nightclub, I don't want to talk to those who are unkind or who want to misrepresent my illness.

I do all 8 and I confirm it's very helpful
Well I don't do relaxation because I don't have time... but I'm sure it would be even better
