    Yo bff! :D I found a new food that's easy to make and eat, and is healthy for you, too!

    SMOOTHIES!

    My current personal fave: 5 ice cubes, 5 tbsp vanilla yogurt, 1/2-cup skim milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and frozen berries. YUM! You can also sub ice cream for the yogurt and leave out the protein powder lol.

    So kinda (i.e.; totally) random, but I came across one of your food posts: "Avacado slices with sprinkled cheese, walnut crumblies and balsamic dressing with spiced salmon and penne!", and you sound like a chef! Anyway, do you have a link to the recipe? I'm sick of my dried chicken breasts and steamed asparagus every night, and your recipe sounds like it's worth a try! Thanks! :)
