I've been going through a very well atmosphere of positive ideas.. So this is one of the steps, I will try them all, just to see how life can change by one single little step... which are good to take rest on my body and to not feel anxious!!
I also gained 5 kilograms.. I fitness once a week, I hike two times a week, sleep on a good time, so it's helping a lot I swear, I would only need to accept my probs mor and stop talking so that's what I DO NOW. I don't even try to think about them, cuz life is too precious, and I have a love of a girlfriend :$, I have great music to listen to, BOB MARLEY!!!! THREE LITTLE BIRDS. And also the song described perfeclty what i try to say folks..
Just listen to it.. Don't avoid, just listen, it's effort.. what I also was losing, and now I'm doing every single task they'd ask (if their acceptable)
