Well, I think you're braver than I am because I really can't take cold showers What's the next step / the next thing you want to conquer or challenge? Who knows, maybe this will snowball.
naaaaaaaaaaa man. Youd be surprized at how much you can do and how much your body can take. Just remember to only increase your running distance by 10% each week and take it easy.
