Hm, good question. Not sure how they're going to grade this class, it might be different. With my last yoga class, grades were based on performance, attendance, class participation, and homework/quizzes. We had two textbooks for the class, one about yoga and we mostly read chapters in that, and the other was a freshman year/starting college help type book. Kind of silly, I didn't see the point with it since I believe college is all about hands-on/putting yourself out there type of experience rather than something you read in a book. Anyway, she also assigned web videos with yoga we had to watch, which we practiced in the next class. Quizzes were mainly based on the reading, never the poses which I found kind of weird. Besides most of the reading I didn't like (it bored me), I had fun in that class. Who knows how this year's class is going to be. Hopefully less reading and more exercising.
