Thought I'd give this site a try, since I can't use the other one at the moment. Seems like it's going to be a bit of a difficult transition. If anyone uses the other site you might recognize me as wings of amnesty.

This site s pretty awesome! If you're talking about the site that I think you're talking about, this community is a bit smaller and not quite as active, but I like to think that we're a pretty close-knit bunch as a result. :)

Hmm, I can handle flaming on the Car forums that I'm on. I don't think I can handle it if I'm revealing my biggest problems, weaknesses, fears and phobias. I think I'll stick to this forum. I think we have a good thing here in that we are much more supportive and understanding.

I second this. I stuck my nose in over at SAS a few days ago—I've been a member there for years, but never really participated or paid it much attention—and I was appalled by the venomous hate-mongering I saw in just the first few threads I viewed. It made me sick to my stomach. :thumbdown:

This forum may be quiet and slow sometimes, but hey, so am I. I think it's a good fit.
