Mine are
- people get socially uncomfortable from me when i'm anxious
- people don't like me
- i make people socially uncomfortable

- People think I'm just a kid and will treat me like such if I talk to them (I look young and definitely don't look 27; give my height and size I can still pass as a middle school girl)
- I won't be taken seriously because of my looks
- People wouldn't want to talk to me, I'm too awkward and quiet
- I don't always know what to say so more often than not I'm just going to sound stupid, thus I shouldn't bother talking to anyone and just keep to myself

-People dont actually like me or want me around/everyone actually hates me
-Everyone is laughing at me/talking about me behind my back
-I am not enough -be it smart enough/funny enough/attractive enough/etc
-People cant be trusted
-Everyone I love will either hurt/betray/leave me or die
-The world, or more specifically society and the people within it are dangerous/not safe.

Probably have a bunch more but when I googled examples these ones felt most accurate

After working on laddering to identify my core beliefs. I learned my SA all boils down to i think i'm low (not good enough) or unworthy basically me not liking myself. This made me realize this isn't true because we are metaphysical and abstract. I wrote down things i like about myself and realize i'm actually a likeable person after.

What i do now is keep on paying attention to my likeable traits and grow my affinity towards them by seeing proof constantly like if people laugh at my joke or mild progress i make with my intellectual traits.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MYSELF
- smart and highly creative
- extroverted eventhough my SA made it seem like i'm introverted. I tought i was an introvert for the longest time.
- naturally great in business
- funny
- very approachable eventhough i'm tall. I have a nice energy

The reason you don't like yourself is becuase you're paying attention too much the negative traits and identified yourself with them. What makes you "you" is what you want to be

This women really helped me out. Her is a 1hour long video of her explain core beliefs and how to identify them and resolve them.

Hie yer hence from me heath!
  • People don't like me
  • I'm ugly
  • I make people uncomfortable and awkward
  • I'm boring
  • People can't be trusted
  • I'll only get hurt and betrayed in the end
  • I'm useless
  • I'm not good enough. Smart enough, funny enough, talkative enough...
That's pretty much the lot.

For me, a big one is that I'm inferior to others.
I can't depend on others
People are always judging me harshly
Other people are dangerous

The main one, I think, is that I'm stupid.
The second one might be, I am cowardly.

Great video.

Omg you just gave me another core belief i have which is i think people are better than me!
From writting all the great qualities i have it's not true.

I believe that people not knowing me would think the following of me:

  • That I am an unintelligent person and naive;
  • that I look suspicious and weird.
I also get the twisted impression that my every move is being studied by people (especially in closed spaces like the metro or stores).

Throughout the years I've been more or less able to not care anymore.

Have people said you look suspicious before?

You want to know how I got these scars?
Their eyes say it.
I don't think people would be open enough to say to a random stranger this (s)he is weird.
Kids that keep staring is also another sign.
I have to say, that sounds like 'mind reading' on your part. A common trait/pitfall of those with SA.

Okay, I'll take a stab at it. For me it's:

Negatives
- I make people uncomfortable
- I make people even more uncomfortable when I fight against my SA to seem "normal"
- Most don't understand me
- Many take pleasure in not understanding me and won't attempt to make the effort to.
- Many recognize my SA and try to make me feel inferior because of it
- I sometimes expect the worst in people and am often not disappointed

Positives
- I like myself
- Beneath the SA, I'm actually an interesting person
- I have compassion
- I'm a genuinely good person
- I love life, even with all it's bad parts
- I'm funny and engaging when I'm not feeling the effects of my SA
- I'm proud of my accomplishments even if nobody else acknowledges them
