What compliments have you received today?

Everyone in my office was congregating behind me today, which is a somewhat regular occurrence.... I was surprised when they started singing me a happy birthday!! haha i think I only mentioned it once! which was why I was so suprised!
they gave me a birthday card, and although it was awkward because I really had no idea what to say (story of my life), It made me really happy, lol

My cousin called me "too advanced for my age". The thing is though, I don't know what he meant by that. He said that after I told him that I like to listen to orchestra; when I asked him what he meant he told me that I was smarter than the average person. But, I don't see how my intelligence makes me "advanced". Could any of you enlighten me by what you think he meant? He told me that he would call back later, but I would like to know now.
haha don't be so nit-picky, it was just a word, lol, i'm sure he just meant that you appear more mature or more sophisticated than most people you age! But remember, you can't write a book with a single word!!

Well, guys just think it's 'cool' here to call girls ''Biatch'' to show that he has balls and like the girl... I guess. But I don't think that's charming and gentle.
But I don't like guys anyway, so what am I talking about. - I do know compliments can be better, from clever people and loyal, caring or such like these. Those wouldn't say that, just say, you're a pretty woman, lady, girl, i don't like those terms like biatch, chick and such.. and Princess is a little too cheesey. But Biatch, that's a strange compliment, so I agree...
and I guess it is a compliment as taking the first one, still he didn't call me an ugly biatch, so.. yeah that's still all right I'd say. Still he could practice his vocabulary, to impress girls, i mean if he says that in real life, they would be like.. wtf? and you have a beautiful mouth, prick. go wash it, you stink. D:

I would absolutely guarantee you that if I said to a girl that she was a "hot biatch," I would get hurt physically and/or verbally. "Chick" is usually a term thrown around between guys and not used at a girl in particular, at least from my experience.
I still wonder if what that guy said is a compliment, but that's your call.

Yes, people can be so lame. I think now-days society is so weird. People don't know what respect is, well on SPW they do... That's why I love it here so much.

i think he was with a charity. he had a notebook in hand and he was hanging out in the middle of the sidewalk.
i'm going to be cynical and assume that he was desperate to get anyone's attention because he has a quota to meet.
still, his theatrics made my day. :
