Talking about Star Trek Online? It's getting better, slowly but ah well.

Yes, Remus is ruining my hopes and dreams!

I like the Nimoy and Quinto voiceovers so far. The gameplay is a bit like City of Heroes and I'm having trouble getting the hang of flying my ship. (Doing the demo.)

So I can only afford one new game this week.

the choices are.....

A) Mass Effect 2 for 360

B) Bad Company 2 for PS3

C) Heavy Rain for PS3

I'm leaning towards Heavy Rain but which one do you guys think gives you the most bang for your buck?

you should just rent Heavy rain, it's too short to buy

I don't like Mass effect but that's just me.

Bad company is a decent game, if you really like to play online then that would be the best choice

Well since it has the multiplayer most would say Bad Company 2 but if you're a single player person like me, Heavy Rain is supposed to be amazing, I think it's more of an interactive film, which is just my kind of game really! Although my brother's friend spoiled the plot twist for me, don't look up anything about it online just in case!

Mass Effect 2 I've no idea about, although that's supposed to be great too.

The thing about BC 2 is that I already have Modern Warfare 1 & 2 and I'm kinda tired of FPS, although I heard BC was really good though.

and like Luke ....I enjoy single player games with great storyline so Heavy Rain seems like its something I might like. I heard that you could make different choices and have different outcomes/endings which add replay value.

and from what I seen and heard about ME2 its fantastic... but it kinda looks, plays and feels to similar to Resident Evil 5, and I just finished that.

just re posting this as it got lost on page dot

I moderate the off topic section of a gaming site dedicated to final fantasy , but welcome any gamers and any gaming discussions .

The average age I would say is 15 , its global , the web master is dutch , I am a brit the other mods are american , so we welcome everyone from everywhere.

Its only a small site and with the recent anti climax of ff13 we could use some new banter and new gamers.

I have had permission off him up there ^^^^^ (remus.. not god) to post the link

I bought Twilight Princess but haven't played it yet. My brother used Wii points to get the original Zelda it looks hilarious on a large flatscreen.

I just started playing Bioshock, and I am loving the story! It's such a fun and unique game, anyone that likes horror/first person games should give it a try.
Fr the most part, I never go for the horror genre.. but this game does it right.

I loved the first Bioshock. I have the second one but I've had too much other stuff to do to get into it yet.

I haven't owned a nintendo since super-nintendo, but I finally broke down and got a Wii last week. Naturally, I plan to get Zelda, Metroid, all that good crap. :) Sometimes I even still like to play the original Zelda on emulator.

Bioshock is one of the best games I ever played ! I'm gonna reinstall it soon to play it again, now playing Bioshock 2 and Modern Warfare 2, mostly that last one.

TP had potential to be one of the best games ever, even surpass Ocarina of Time! But unfortunately it didn't for me for a couple of reasons, mainly because it was a bit too easy, (Particularly the boss fights) I think maybe because they were trying to market it for the family and stuff (Because of the wii). Also the game starts off with like a really dark theme... but after a certain dungeon this just fades away and it becomes a traditional light-hearted Zelda game again.

haha I seem to be making this game out to be really bad but it's not it's actually amazing just I remember waiting for it to come out for so long, I guess my expectations were so high for it the game could never live up to them.
