I don't really think I'm the type to wait till marriage, but Id want to be with someone who's a virgin.

So a virgin husband.. eh sure. If we can wait that long. Virgin boyfriend.. yes. But if I fall in love with a guy who's not a virgin, then I guess I'll deal with it.

eh.. either way would be fine, i guess.. i'm not a virgin, so i wouldn't be upset if my husband wasn't... and i've never dated a guy who was a virgin (except my first boyfriend, and i was a virgin then, too.. we lost it together)

so, i don't know if i prefer one over the other.. maybe i prefer someone who isn't a virgin, but i definitely don't really want someone with a long history either, haha!

Wouldn't bother me either way, as long as he is disease free and of course faithful. You get married to me you keep it in your pants or it's coming off.

I wouldn't because to me making love is a big part of a relationship, and if there isn't that hot steamy connection then its a bit sucky.
So i wouldnt wanna wait till marriage to find that out lol

Well, I'm a virgin. It wouldn't bother me one way or the other if my partner was a virgin or not. I just obviously wouldn't want them to be a whore. Then again, if they were, I wouldn't be marrying them.

The guy I've been with for two years has had one sexual partner. It doesn't bug me. But in all honesty, it would be kind of cool if we could be each other's firsts.

Eh, it has a lot to do with my issues. My OCD causes me to fear a LOT of things. That includes pregnancy. No matter what kind of protection I'd use, I know I'd still end up freaking out afterward. My boyfriend is very understanding and supportive of this. And don't worry, I don't deprive him of things, haha. We do...stuff. Just not THAT. Yet. I'm hoping I can get over it soon. I really loathe myself...and my brain.

To all the people saying they'd be happy with it..

..what if it was really, really terrible and you had no connection like that at all? I find it hard to understand people who wait until marriage.

Like I'm talking cold, might aswell be a dead goldfish kind of stuff

edit: when I wrote that I was trying to remember the cold fish thing but for some reason I recalled dead goldfish, haha.

For all intent purposes, the people I know who do that usually do because they're either religious and feel that they should wait for their husband before they give their body to anyone or merely because they want it to be special and know that that person is their first and only because marriage is sacred. Or at least it use to be.

I'm not even sure if the good book prohibits sex before marriage (just like it doesn't prohibit swearing).
