Why did you join Social Phobia World?

I joined because I was feeling down, my self esteem was dropping and I was losing confidence. This forum has helped me a lot by reading other's posts and asking for advice.

Well, I found the site through a search I was doing...After browsing the site, I thought it would be good to be able to discuss things with others who are going through similar things as I am going through and make some friends.
