Whats you had in your breakfast today ?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

And you should have healthy and heavy food because you are taking it after almost 6 - 8 hours.

Today I had -

2 Omlette
2 French Toast
1 Bowl of corn flakes
1 Glass of milk
Few walnut, few almond and raisin.

Please add your breakfast in this thread ...

I'll be having pizza at noon, and I'm on a diet so I don't want to stuff myself too much.

i first had rice krispies with Milk, then brown bread with fried eggs and cup of Tea. yummy yummy lol
 
I ate this, you all probably don't know what it is but it's called 'ayaca'.

How can you people cook first thing in the morning D: I barely have the energy for a bowl of cereal. I even class making toast as cooking xD

An apple, oatmeal, walnuts, sunflower seeds, cucmber, red bell pepper, and some brocolli sprouts. Very bland and boring but void of sugar, caffeine, and other anxiety inducing items.
 
Had turkey today, to be honest I don't like it. When all the holidays food is up, I'll go back to my quacker oatmeal as always in the morning.
