What types of anxiety do you have?

Do you get anxious in situations other than social ones? Just today, the fact that I've lost stuff, am not financially independent, and about to take a test are all making me anxious. The test actually makes me feel somewhat intoxicated. I feel almost like I'm having an out-of-body experience. I get anxious whenever I'm overwhelmed as well--like, if I need to do a lot of cleaning or just have a long to do list, I start worrying and can't focus.

Social, trying to become friends, eating in front of eother people.

There is probably more, but can't think of them right now. My mind is mostly blank.

I’ve got a few and I am coming to the conclusion that they are all related. I am hoping that this is good news because if CBT can change one specific issue that I am working on then I may see improvement in other aspects of my wellbeing.

besides just regular social stuff....I get anxiety when I have to make phone calls, ordering food, just normal errands that involve going to a bank doctors etc, pretty much anything that feels a little formal, job interviews, driving. The list goes on...

I may have generalized anxiety. I do tend to worry about most things. The combination of anxiety and depression leads to really crappy thoughts :/

This is what I was "officially" diagnosed with back when I was having panic attacks. I worry about things that haven't even happened and probably never will! It sucks!!!

I have anxiety about everything... Going out, being alone, being ill, dying, using the phone, talking to people, having to do anything in front of people, even eating... I'm even scared of the dark! my mind goes into overdrive at night...

I'm anxious right now... This is generalized anxiety... Some SA from my workday, going over my interactions. Just sitting here at my desk, waves of worry washing over me...

Going to take a passionflower, maybe some stinky valerian root... I'm not going to waste anymore time on this feeling.
If I occupy myself online, or get up and clean or something... May be I'll at least get a sense of accomplishment out of it.

Sucks, being this way. ::(: Stuck on stressed.

Yes, many things. I have panic disorder, OCD and hypochondria. So, I worry and obsess over my health/body and then proceed to panic over it. Also, long car rides, being away from home for a long period of time, people I care about being angry with me, death and aging, the list goes on.

Someone told me one time that he put LSD in someone's drink as a joke. Since then I've had anxiety about my food/drinks being drugged with LSD. The anxiety triggers that weird out-of-body sensation, which in turn leads me to believe that I am in fact starting to trip on LSD. Which causes more anxiety...

Generalized panic/anxiety disorder.
I get anxious and panic most of the time in pretty much any situation with or without a physical/mental trigger.

People make me most nervous-- people in general; thoughts of people, crowds, social situations, being near someone, world news, local news, strangers, family, etc...
Any situation that has to do with a person or people makes me nervous-- and the trigger is people.

anything that has to do with socializing with women, or intimacy, not being able to leave a place, being stuck in one area

Being around babies/ kids/ youths just sends my anxiety sky high. I avoid going out when peoples kids come out of school.

Death. As much as I don't want to be on this planet, the reality is im frigging scared of dying ,it's really odd. Sometimes wake up and think, today i could die while driving to work, today could be my last day...etc

Socialising in groups of people is another biggie, I get so anxious and paranoid hence why ive not done it for years

That's exactly the way I am! I can be walking the dog and suddenly I'll think "I could die any second"... Then I get very anxious and sometimes panic... It's horrible, isn't it?

It just comes out the blue sometimes too. The actual reality of it ,cos we are actually die at somepoint, its kinda hard to describe.

And you think after i die ,others will still be alive ,i wonder what life would be like then. When im dead.

My bigs one are......

Being called by a nickname that I despise (At work).

Noise......How often will large jet aircraft fly directly over my house. How many trucks and loud cars will drive by the main road that I can see from my property.

Will my son have to go through life like myself?

Will I have to make "small talk" with the neighbors?

Will my job have enough work for me to make a living or will I have to find a new job?

Will my wife find a decent job?
