For me personally..
I really really like the kind of girls (especially asian), that wear glasses, and nerdy kind of...I think that's really cute...and even more so if they're they nerdy studying type, the kind that stays in the library
and kind of quiet too
lol that sounds like me 0.o always felt kinda dorky. Most people would see the glasses thing as being genetically inferior haha but I hate procreation and social darwinism anyway

I can't be bothered studying for school but I like to read things that actually interest me and hide in the library at lunch. Borders is one of my favorite places ever!
I tend to like guys who are way out of my league, especially musicians, but any artistic or philosophical inclination is interesting to me. Passionate, sensitive and open minded. Such guys I'm referring to usually have a dark, deadpan, self-deprecating, witty sense of humour. When someone is funny we tend to perceive them to be more intelligent. I'm not funny at all so I'm in awe at people who are! Although I might be compatible with someone more serious since I'm kind of solemn and dead beat D:
They have to be more outgoing than me (too easy) and initiate most conversations (sorry), although I don't mind whether they're introverted or extraverted. Just someone who doesn't think the idea of sharing feelings, ideas, personal beliefs is boring as hell. I'm intrigued by uh, melancholic, romantic types... D:
I have zero experience with dating though so who knows who I'm really compatible with. I read a really depressing book which featured a desirability test.. it said you were likely to only be compatible with someone with the same 'mating rating' as you, physically and psychologically... I hope I'm not too picky :/ but I guess I'd rather be alone in my dreams than settle for less.
It saddens me when we have certain racial or physical preferences because these things can't be helped. Unfortunately I am not indiscriminate, but some say the fact that you don't entirely choose who you're attracted to makes love magical. I guess I can see both sides. Thankfully I'm not often in a position to break anyone's heart, and looks don't matter for friendships... I always get crushes on caucasians with dark hair but hair colour is a minor preference. I may like certain traits but I've liked people with the complete opposite personality, so ultimately it's about the individual.
