What is your dream job?

There are a number of things I would like to do if I had more confidence and was not so awkward around people. I would of liked to have been a social worker, I have never really appreciated the "successful" as I suffer from tall poppy syndrome quite often. I prefer being around social outcasts, or people that have had difficulty dealing with life. Failing that, a musician, a jingle writer, an actor or comedian are quite appealing

Musician- I can play bass guitar and drums
Actor and writer- Always wanted to be one as a kid love acting and writing and i love watching movies/tv, and books
Historian- I LOVE HISTORY!!!
Hopefully i can regain my confidence and become more outgoing to get what i want out of life.

My dream job would be the senior developer at a video game studio that makes games specifically for kids. There are lots of well made games but they tend to not be very child friendly, in my opinion. There's a lot in this world that I consider very inappropriate. I think video games could be just as "good" if they taught good morals and did not contain sexual or overly gory content.
I would personally like a more innocent world and that's at the core of my social anxiety. I want to give kids something that I think every child should have. An imaginary world that they can immerse themselves in while they are young. A place that has it's problems to solve, it's wars and adventures, but helps them to build important skills and attitudes, like self-worth and confidence.
Probably sounds weird and a little crazy, but that's my dream job.

I'd love to be a mob boss, but with moral standards, like Don Corleone.

A vet probably, or something in the medical profession. It would be nice to come home at the end of each day, and know that I'd made a difference to an actual life, rather than just having made a little more money for my employer. The latter isn't really that important to me. At all.

Next year is my first year of University. By "few years" I meant 8-10 years, lol!
But good luck to you, definitely. I hope we both get to where we want to be in terms of our careers! :)

We don't need luck, we got years of possibly worthless dedication on our side :D University's a huge step up from high school, and at least at mine, everyone's pretty down to earth.

I am going to become a mathematician. I have a passion for math, and the subject certainly suits my personality well.

I've always been pulled toward the visual arts so I've considered becoming an artist, which I think is still possible even with SA, but I'm not sure I'd want to make a career out of it. I think fashion design as well as interior decorating would be fun, though.
