What have you loved your whole life?

I'm just curious what some of you guys loved since you were children. Like something you are passionate about since you could remember.

For me, I was always interested in animals and I love them. I could watch hours upon hours of documentaries on animals and not get bored. I can't imagine living a life without a pet and my current pets are like my babies. I don't mean to sound creepy but I just found animals always better then humans. I've always been like this since my earliest memory. What is your passion?

There is nothing wrong with that. Sometimes I think the same about humans. That's why I chose to use an animal avatar.

I've always loved sci-fi and robots. Cartoons that focused on robots were always my favourite. I like movies that deal
with the android/human interaction.
My family didn't let me watch any dark sci-fi movie until I was 10, but I always loved movies that show how humans deal with AIs and dystopian societies. Like Aliens and Blade Runner. I couldn't stop imagining how did they build the colonies, the androids, how the marines were trained and why people would leave Earth to live in such horrible places to make money. I was always drawing robots, futuristic cops, space colonies, marines, starships and aliens.

I've loved cats since I was 4 or so, maybe earlier. I have always had a cat, one my cats lived to 19, it would be really odd to not have a cat in the house

Hie yer hence from me heath!
Drawing, painting, writing and comedy, would probably be the things I've loved from a young age, like since age 8. As odd as that might seem. Not that I'm that good at any of them, mind you - or ah don't think I am.

It doesn't matter if you like it as long as it means something special to you!

I like Star Wars too. But I only started to like it more when I was 14.
I only had 3 action figures, Luke and Vader, that guy whos in Jabbas translator that a neighbour gave me and the Tie Fighter. I'll never forget the engine noise when I pressed the button. It was more about the games, specially the space sims.

Sci-fi is my favourite genre, I love concept arts and the making of visual effects.

I really enjoy Fantasy like Lord of The Rings or Skyrim. Worlds like that!

I've always had a deep love of animals, specifically pets. Long as I can remember, I always had at least 1-2 pets at a time

I love all animals and pets. I'd love to get a dog when I move out or a pot belly pig :p. I currently have 2 cats both male and female. The male's name is Oscar and the female's is Lulu. Lulu usually sticks around my mother, and Oscar is always around me. They honestly help me a lot with anxiety and depression.

I have to concur about animals, I wouldn't be able to hack it without my pets. Looking into my dogs eyes is like hitting a big reset button in my soul. I'm sure it's unsettling bordering on terrifying for her, but that's what snausages are for.

I also like being alone, reading, and listening to music. A darkened room with nice music and no intrusions is as good as it gets.

Movies, shows and cartoons, creative expression and pets. I've also always loved games, but I have an odd on/off relationship with those.

Audio equipment

Would you suggest a desktop amp for a set of headphones that are mostly going to be used at my Mac? I just ordered a set of Monoprice 8323's and I'm wondering if I'd benefit from buying an amp.

Disregard this post in its entirety if you wish, I know that was a pretty haphazard change of direction, ha ha.

Animals! I spent a lot of my childhood in the garden hunting bugs. The isolation in no way helped my social development but I had fun!

And games.
